- Allow housing to inspect the unit at reasonable times and after reasonable notice
- Collects the tenant rent contribution, damages family owes, and/or security deposit
- Complete all housing information required in a promptly manner
- Complies with equal opportunity requirements
- Do not commit any serious of repeated violation of the lease
- Cannot sublease the unit
- Enforces tenant obligations under lease
- Maintains unit in accordance to housing quality standards, and performs maintenance
- Notify housing and the owner before ANY moves or terminations 30 days in advance
- Notify housing if a household moves out
- Notify housing promptly if you evict a client
- Pays for utilities and services that are applicable
- Perform all obligations under the HAP contract and lease
- Performs all management and rental functions for the assisted unit
- Provide any information that housing or HUD determines necessary in program
- Understand house guests cannot stay longer than 10 days without jeopardizing housing assistance
- Give housing & tenant 60 days notice prior to rent increase
- Notify housing if tenant is behind in paying their portion of rent
