GPHA recently became a Moving to Work housing agency for HUD. This allows the agency to have more flexibility in creating funding and policy solutions for its jurisdiction. GPHA’s plan outlines goals it hopes to achieve in the coming years. The public hearing will discuss the implementation of specific goals in the first year and documentation required for HUD.
First year implementation includes simplifying medical deductions, paid child and spousal support deductions, renter’s insurance deduction, and portability changes.
