Stutsman County Housing Authority will have its annual public meeting on Tuesday, September 15. The annual meeting will have a public comment period.
SCHA board will vote on joining the Great Plains Housing Consortium, and change the fiscal year.
SCHA is also revising several policies and the five year plan that will be finalize on September 15:
- Changing the adjustment policy for interims – removing the 30 day notice of an increase
- Adding the term “or charge” to the background check to become “arrest or charge”
- Approve a temporary change to the waiting list preference to include a ratio to help solve disparity discrimination
- criminal history policy
