Klein joins SCHA

David Klein recently joined Stutsman County Housing Authority as the Executive Director.

Originally from Grand Forks, Klein received his Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Valley City State University in 2002 and his Master’s degree in management from Minot State University in 2007.  He spent the past seven years at VCSU as the Safety Officer and Facilities Office Manager.  In addition, Klein served as administrator of the North Dakota University System’s Emergency Notification system, NotiFind, and served on several university system, campus, and community committees.

Klein and his wife reside in Jamestown.

Stutsman County Housing Authority administers Section 8 Housing Vouchers through HUD for Stutsman and Logan Counties.  It is the mission of the Stutsman County Housing Authority to provide safe, affordable housing opportunities for persons with low and moderate income and to promote economic self-sufficiency of families.

Stutsman County Housing Authority board of directors named David Klein the Executive Director.  Mr. Klein start his new duties on June 1, 2010.  He replaces Cheryl Wegner who passed away in February.
