SCHA Executive Director, David Klein, recently completed national training and certification in Public Housing Management. Klein is now nationally certificate as a Public Housing Manager. The certification and course are through the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO). Klein completed the course in Philadelphia in early October.

Stutsman County Housing Authority recently relocated to the Jamestown Business Center at 300 2nd Ave NE – Suite 200. SCHA hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM. “The new location provides improved accessibility for our clients,” stated Dave Klein, Executive Director. It is the mission of the Stutsman County Housing Authority to provide safe, affordable housing opportunities for persons with low and moderate income and to promote economic self sufficiency of families.
