SCHA is implementing a new policy to help better define how we collect on over or incorrect payments made to landlords.  This policy is approved by the HUD Denver office and the SCHA Board of Commissioners.

Stutsman County Housing Authority will have a board of commissioners meeting on Tuesday, July 19 at 8 am in the SCHA offices. Meeting agendas are available at the SCHA office.

Last week we said goodbye to a long-time friend and board member, Wade Williams. Wade served on the SCHA Board for over 20 years. Wade’s service to our organization and our clients has been outstanding. We thank him for his service to the organization as a friend, and continued supportive service.

The Stutsman County Commission recently appointed Tonya Perkins to the SCHA Board. Tonya started her official board duties on July 1. Congrats and welcome Tonya!
