SCHA’s office hours will return to be Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM to Noon effective Monday, November 3.

Stutsman County Housing Authority will be closed on Thursday October 30th and Friday October 31st for training. We will re-open for normal hours on Monday, November 3rd at 8:00 AM.

There will be a special Foster County Housing Authority board meeting on Thursday, November 19th at the Foster County Courthouse at 9:00 AM. The agenda will be discussion approve resolutions for the five year HUD plan and discussions on the board’s future. The meeting will also be available through our conference call bridge as well.

There will be a special Dickey Sargent Housing Authority board meeting on Tuesday, November 17th at the Dickey County Courthouse at 3:30 PM. There is only item for discussion is to pass resolutions for the five year HUD plan. The meeting will also be available through our conference call bridge as well.

The attached document is the five year plan adopted by the Stutsman County Housing Authority board. Dickey Sargent and Foster County Housing boards will be discussing this plan during the November 18 (DSHA) and November 20th (FCHA) meetings. Those housing authorities will vote on adopting the plan created by Stutsman County Housing.
