Great Plains Housing Authority and Dickey Sargent Housing Authority will be closed on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29. The offices will resume normal schedules on Monday, December 2.

North Dakota Housing and Finance Agency helped sponsor an online broadcast of the Inspection Training conducted by Great Plains Housing Authority during the Vital Services Conference. The inspection training explains the changes, why, who it impacts, and different names. Congress mandated one inspection format and HUD is pushing to meet that goal.

Great Plains Housing Authority hosted the Vital Services Conference in September 2019. The conference brought together numerous federal, state, and local government agencies, service providers, community members, landlords, and others for a unique education experience.

GPHA recently posted education materials from the conference. Not all agencies allowed their presentation materials for public use.

Great Plains Housing Authority is participating in local Census Committees to help outreach clients, landlords, service providers, businesses, and other community members. GPHA and others created several videos and memes to help educate the population regarding the Census.
