DSHA board meeting
Dickey Sargent Housing Authority will be having a board meeting on Wednesday, July 15 at 4:00 PM via conference call.
Dickey Sargent new office
Dickey Sargent Housing Authority is in the process of moving to a new office – 58 1st Ave S in Ellendale. The office will be open starting August 1. DSHA offices are open Tuesday and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 PM.

Inspections and appointments
Great Plains Housing Authority and Dickey Sargent Housing Authority will start conducting inspections this week. The initial batches will be to check inspections previously done by the clients or landlords during the last several months. Other batches will follow as inspectors continue to catch-up on inspection.
Certifications will continue via mail, phone, and Microsoft Teams. Initial meetings will continue via phone. The main office is open for clients and landlords to drop off information. Applications are online.
There will be no office certification appointments until further notice.
