GPHA / DSHA will close offices on Monday, February 15 for President’s Day. Offices will resume normal hours on Tuesday, February 16 at 8:30 AM.

Dickey Sargent Housing Authority is proposing revising the agency bylaws to realign the meeting schedule to meet HUD deadlines and correct language.

Meeting to approve the bylaw resolution will be April 14, 2021

BDO completed the unaudited review and submissions for FY2020. Brady Martz completed the full financial and client audit and posted the audited submission to HUD. GPHA had two normal findings for a small agency and posted information to Brady Martz and HUD how the agency addresses those situations. Both findings were closed by HUD.

Great Plains Housing Authority will close all offices on Wednesday, February 3 for training. The office will not be open or answering calls that day. GPHA will resume normal operations on Thursday, February 4.
