Great Plains Housing Authority will hold a special meeting on Monday, October 28 at 8:00 to vote on two resolutions regarding the Annual Plan and MTW Amendment.

Great Plains Housing Authority’s board of commissioners will review a proposed Admin Plan policy to allow bi-annual re-examinations with certain households all under HUD CFR. GPHA board meeting is set for November 19.

Great Plains Housing Authority will be opening a Mainstream Voucher waiting list beginning January 1, 2025. Applicants must qualify for Mainstream Voucher program according to HUD regulations and preferences.
