David Klein, Executive Director of the Stutsman & Logan County Housing Authorities announces the 2011 Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program for Security and Utility Deposits. The goal of this program is to assist low-income residents obtain affordable housing by providing a grant of $250 per household to be used to pay deposits for rental units or utility hookups, and to prevent families from becoming homeless. The program, funded by HOME monies received from the North Dakota Department of Commerce, will provide $30,000 in Stutsman, Barnes, Dickey, Griggs, Foster, LaMoure, Logan, McIntosh and Wells counties.
