| The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) issued its final approval of the 1915i state plan amendment on January 15, 2021. The Department of Human Services plans to have the program available for Medicaid members who qualify by February 16, 2021. These new home and community-based behavioral health services support eligible individuals to overcome barriers in their social and physical environments. Individuals, youth or adult, enrolled in Medicaid or Medicaid expansion with an addiction, mental illness, or brain injury may qualify. |
