Ransom County Housing Authority (RCHA) will be amending the Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan during the January 5, 2027, board meeting. Proposed policy changes revision of the waitlist preferences, and portability restrictions. RCHA will also consider a cross jurisdictional agreement with Great Plains Housing Authority, McIntosh County, and LaMoure County.
