Occupancy Specialist
Great Plains Housing Authority is seeking an Occupancy Specialist to grow their team. This exempt position will work in a shared office as part of a team or remotely as needed. Position provides advanced level of office support, customer service, records management, ensures accurate and timely reviews of participants; determines income eligibility and housing assistance; inspects and certifies housing units; and informs clients of program standards, codes, and regulations.
