The attached document are the proposed Administrative Plan changes for the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Policies under HOTMA are required changes Congress made in 2016 that are being rolled out during the next year. If you have any questions or comments regarding the policies submit them using the linked form below. There is a public hearing on these propose changes on Thursday, Nov. 9th at 1:00 PM at the James River Senior Center in Jamestown (419 5th St NE – West entrance, Jamestown).
