Effective August 1, 2010, Stutsman County Housing Authority will implement a new tenant deadline. If a new tenant is scheduled to move-in on the 1st, all paperwork and inspections must be completed by the 25th of each month. This allows SCHA employees time to process the paperwork, checks, and ensure all information is correct.
Any new tenant paperwork received or signed after the 25th will be processed after the 1st of the month, resulting in pro-rated rent.
